Job Tile: Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME)Location: India - RemoteDuration: Long term contractJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Coupa SME to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Coupa solutions. You will optimize procurement and spend management processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead Coupa implementation, configuration, and optimization.Analyze and improve procurement and spend management processes.Provide training, support, and issue resolution for Coupa users.Oversee integration with ERP systems and third-party applications.Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.5+ years in procurement, finance, or IT; 2+ years with Coupa.Coupa certification and ERP integration experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and process optimization skills.
