SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the vision,strategy, and execution of our Cloud Management and IT Operations Management platform.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, IT automation, andmonitoring tools, along with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that align withcustomer needs and market trends. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies is astrong plus.Key Responsibilities:o Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategyo Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML, including GenAI capabilities, toenhance platform functionalities.o Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emergingtechnologies.o Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback andidentify pain points.o Translate customer needs into actionable features and enhancements.o Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to define productrequirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.o Ensure products meet high standards of quality, scalability, and user experience.o Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successfulproduct launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.o Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and training.o Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success andidentify areas for improvement.o Use analytics and customer feedback to drive product iterations.Qualifications:Experience:o 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in CloudManagement, IT Operations Management, or SaaS platforms.o Proven track record of delivering products that align with market needs anddrive business growth.• Technical Expertise:o Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ITOMtoolso Familiarity with ITSM, orchestration, automation, and monitoring technologies.o Experience with AI/ML or GenAI product management is a strong plus.• Skills:o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.o Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Education:o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is aplus.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in AI/ML integration within ITOM platforms, particularly Generative AIsolutions.• Good understanding and Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerizationtechnologies.• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals).• Product Management & SCRUM Certified PRB
