On behalf of a global client, RED Global is currently looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join their teams for an ongoing implementation project. Role Details: Role - Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Location - Remote, India. Duration - 12 Months + Extension Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 Hours/day. Could be CET hours tooLanguage - Fluent spoken and written English Requirments: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 10 years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud -functional business processes and corporate customers dealingAt least 4 years of experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, PBL.Responsible for gathering requirements, design, configuration of employee payroll data, administer garnishments, compliance and tax rules in oracle HCM cloud and to maintain the integrity of the systemExpertise in HCM Functional processes across Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Learn and Payroll modulesKnowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycleIf you're available and interested ,please apply or send your updated Cv to ryalamanchili@redglobal.com.
