PeopleSoft P2P Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Functional Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting the PeopleSoft P2P module, ensuring the system is optimized for the organization's procurement and payment processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise for seamless integration with other PeopleSoft modules.Key ResponbilitesLead the functional design, configuration, and testing of the PeopleSoft P2P module (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal, etc.).Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, provide functional solutions, and ensure system alignment with business needs.Support the implementation of new features, upgrades, and enhancements within the P2P module.Develop test scripts, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in training end-users.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with internal controls, business rules, and procurement best practices.Document system configurations, functional specifications, and process workflows.Qualifications:Strong experience with PeopleSoft P2P modules, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal, etc.Proficient in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Application Designer.Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.Preferred:PeopleSoft certification in relevant modules.Experience with integration of PeopleSoft with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Previous experience in large-scale PeopleSoft implementations or upgrades PRB
