About Us:We are a real estate solutions provider seeking a results-driven Real Estate SEO Specialist to enhance our digital presence, improve organic search performance, and attract the right audience to our platform.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the real estate industry.Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for targeted traffic.Optimize website content, including landing pages, property listings, and blog posts, for search engines.Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to ensure website health and performance.Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in the real estate sector.Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies align with business goals.Create monthly reports detailing performance metrics, progress, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).Hands-on experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.Familiarity with real estate-specific platforms, such as IDX integrations, MLS systems, and property listing tools.Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, as well as local SEO strategies.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure is a plus.Strong communication and project management skills.
