Our client is a leading Automotive & Industrial Paint manufacturing company in East Africa seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Manager to lead our research and development initiatives.Job Location : Location: East AfricaPosition OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals.Lead the formulation of innovative paint products and enhancements.Oversee testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce costs.Stay updated on global trends, technologies, and best practices in the paint industry.Mentor and manage the R&D team to achieve excellence.QualificationsMaster's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in paint formulation and R&D, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Contact person:Rina Arunrina@uhr.co.in9904322770 PRB
