AI Specialist - Face Recognition and Video Analysis

We are seeking an AI Specialist with a passion for innovation in video analysis, face recognition, and machine learning. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced algorithms and solutions that leverage AI to analyze visual data, helping to extract insights and drive decision-making in complex scenarios.Key Responsibilities:Algorithm Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for face recognition, object detection, and video analysis, utilizing deep learning and computer vision techniques.Data Collection and Training: Collaborate on data collection and develop training datasets to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.Performance Optimization: Ensure the scalability and efficiency of models, optimizing for real-time performance in challenging conditions.Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI models into production environments.Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Machine Learning Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.Video and Image Analysis: Experience in working with video feeds and image datasets, developing models for face detection, recognition, and object tracking.Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, with experience in other relevant languages like C++ or Java being a plus.Mathematical Proficiency: Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, and optimization techniques relevant to AI/ML.Real-Time Processing: Knowledge of techniques and tools for real-time image and video processing, including GPU acceleration.Preferred Experience:AI in Production: Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments, dealing with scalability and edge deployment.Facial Recognition Systems: Hands-on experience working on facial recognition applications, including training and optimizing models for varying environmental conditions.Startup Environment: Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, agile startup setting.If you're excited about working on cutting-edge AI technologies that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
