This ambitious undertaking includes the development of a themed park, a zoo, and a family entertainment centre, alongside other facilities, creating a new leisure destination.Location: QatarJob Description:We require a highly skilled individual with strong experience in managing projects within the leisure sector, particularly parks, themed parks, and zoos. As the lead Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing high-profile consultancy teams, collaborating with commercial departments, contractors, and design consultancies.Degree Qualified in a relevant disciplineStrong project experience in the leisure sectorExperience managing projects as the lead Project Director from inception to completionPrevious experience with a consultancy or project management companyAbility to manage stakeholders at a senior levelA stable track record alongside excellent design management and communication skillsCandidate Profile:The successful candidate will come from a contractor or project management background, accustomed to taking a lead role on major projects. They must possess a client-focused approach and an outstanding track record.Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
