Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Sourcing Manager will maintain and create relationships with agencies and use existing networks to ensure the recruitment targets of the Bank are achieved.The role will require the incumbent to create a robust process for sourcing candidates for the Bank's Retail, Treasury, Corporate, and Communications departments. The HR Manager will review the current relationship with providers and assess the wider market to ensure the best providers are utilized.The incumbent will also review recruitment technology and provide recommendations using cost-benefit analysis on the best sourcing tools.Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree or higher5 plus years of experience in Recruitment (Internal or External)Exceptional Communication skillsProven track record in a high-paced, time-poor environmentExperience recruiting in Financial Services or AccountingWhat's on Offer:Competitive expat package, including bonus, medical, and education.
