IOM provides a range of assistance and support to the USRAP including, but not limited to, case processing, migration health assessments, cultural orientation training, organized transportation and administration of a travel loan and collections program.Under the overall supervision of the Project Coordinator, Case Management and Data Integrity and direct supervision of the Project Officer, Case Management, the successful candidate will be based in Doha, Qatar and will have the following duties and responsibilities:Core Functions / Responsibilities:Oversee a team of RSC staff members undertaking case management activities in an assigned area, ensuring high quality work and the accurate completion of case management activities.Oversee the efficient management of refugee case files and medical records.Conduct refugee interviews, ensuring appropriate techniques are used and data is accurately entered into the Refugee Admissions Program System (START).Organize and schedule refugee appointments and assist with logistics as needed.Provide support to USCIS officers and oversee daily adjudications activities.Ensure START is updated with refugee application data and oversee processes such as program access verification.Conduct regular QC of case files and data in START to ensure accuracy and compliance with USRAP and RSC SOPs.Liaise with other teams and external partners as needed.Train other Case Management team members.Undertake duty travel as needed.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of RSC-related information.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:Completed secondary education required.Experience:Six years of relevant working experience with secondary education; four years with a Bachelor's degree.Thorough knowledge of English.Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.Skills:Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel and Internet.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to organize.Self-motivated and objective driven.Languages: IOM's official languages are English, French, and Spanish.
