The role of the Product Manager in relation to e-services is to develop new products within the e-services banner. Understanding the market, designing, launching, and raising awareness of new and existing products across the group are the core functions of the role, with a focus on International Remittances. Researching the market, you will define and identify gaps in the market for potential new products. At the same time, you will continuously monitor the existing product range to ensure it is performing in accordance with the group's strategy. Leading a team responsible for the implementation of e-service products, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Analyzing multiple metrics, you will provide in-depth reports and analysis around the performance of the existing product range. Identifying trends or problem areas, you will be well-informed to make recommendations that align with the business strategy. You should be degree educated, preferably in a banking-related discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in product management. With a banking background and a solid understanding of technology related to the industry, you should be aware of market changes and trends. With an innovative approach, you will lead by example, ensuring your team is always aware of the latest developments and continuously looking for ways to integrate these developments into the group's e-services. You will have experience of International Remittances processes and frameworks. As part of our accelerated growth, we wish to appoint an Officer Merchant & E-Acquiring. You will also lead the signup of new merchants and enhance relationships with existing merchants. You will be responsible for performing daily merchant acquiring transactions with an objective to maximize profits.
