Rare opportunity for a Senior IT Auditor to join one of the leading Oil and Gas operating entities in Qatar.Role DescriptionReporting to the Head Audit Operations, you will be part of a large and highly skilled audit team. The successful candidate will develop audit strategy and ensure all audits are compliant with international best practice. This is a key role within the business. You will need to foster good relationships across all divisions and be passionate about introducing and promoting strong corporate governance across the business.Language Requirements:English - Very GoodArabic - Fluent / ExcellentRequirementsWho we're looking for:- BSc. (preference for degree in Engineering), Professional Engineering qualification, Project Management Professional, Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors- Extensive experience in internal audit in the Oil & Gas Industry, with proven ability / track record of success- Familiar with risk-based auditing process and ability to plan, develop audit programs, perform fieldwork, to deliver high quality audit results and reports- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with Management / staff at all levels- Knowledge/experience of business practices, oil & gas operations, engineering including asset integrity and reliability, maintenance, contracting/project management and HSE- Detailed understanding of Oil & Gas measurement and production processes, process controls including DCS, Fire & Gas and Emergency Shutdown systems.- Working knowledge of maintenance module in SAP systemAbout The Company:Michael Page is one of the world's leading professional recruitment consultancies, specializing in the placement of candidates in permanent, contract, temporary and interim positions with clients around the world.
