A*STAR HR aspires to provide valued HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best talent to help A*STAR achieve its mission. The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, HR Partners and People Development & Planning Office departments. The Deputy Director will oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition efforts: Hire suitable talent for A*STAR through different recruitment channels; Build a healthy pipeline of talent; Ensure that recruitment activities and processes are robust and consistent with the organisation's policies and standards, while providing a meaningful candidate experience; Review recruitment policies to ensure continual relevance and effectiveness; Streamline work processes taking into account best practices and the needs of A*STAR; Oversee outreach programmes and initiatives to further A*STAR's brand name as an employer of choice. Requirements: Preferably at least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong leadership track record in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Good business acumen and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders; Excellent written and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
