For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, including setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and video networks;
• Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract high-value players for our mobile game, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and LTV, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer for effective tracking and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UA to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our strategy.
• Contribute to UA budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient resource utilization to achieve desired user acquisition goals.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
• Deep understanding of the most effective practices and methodologies in user acquisition.
• Proficiency in user acquisition analytics tools such as AppsFlyer.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and crafting comprehensive reports.
• Familiarity with multiple mobile ad networks ( SANs and video networks).
• Bonus points: Experience working with IAP monetization models and puzzle games.
• Fluent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
