We are looking for a newly qualified Pharmacist (GPhC Registered) to join a services-oriented pharmacy team in Surrey. - Provide high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical services
- Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation to patients on their use
- Deliver services such as flu vaccinations, smoking cessation, and health checks
- Assist in the management of medication therapy and support patients with long-term conditions
- Offer expert advice on over-the-counter medications and general healthcare
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Newly qualified pharmacist, GPhC registered
- Competitive Salary: £46,000 per annum
- Incentive Bonus Scheme: Earn commission based on services performed (as per attachment)
