- Manage and supervise HR programs and projects as per HR strategy and philosophy to obtain desired impacts.
- Provide HR advice and support to assigned portfolio of internal and external clients as per established strategy.
- Assist in formulating strategic plans and designing/writing manuals, policies, processes, and forms for internal and external clients.
- Design HR Analytics and dashboards for HR functions.
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 5-10 years of experience
- Relevant experience in consultancy
