To oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. Must have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence • Create Digital Marketing Campaigns aligned to Business Objectives/Strategic Pillars • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
