Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Heineken team in Coventry . You will be working any 5 days out of 7 , covering the day hours of 14:00 – 22:00. Pay, benefits and more:

- Maintaining stock integrity within assigned area of activity whilst investigating, and resolving stock issues when required
- Managing and controlling documentation to the agreed standards
- Collating operational KPI information accurately and within agreed timescales
- Ensuring full audit process compliance within stock & admin functions
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Have a flexible approach to working times when business require
