About the Role: Translation Empire, the UK’s leading translation and interpretation company, is excited to offer an opportunity for an iOS App Intern . This role is perfect for aspiring developers who want hands-on experience in designing, testing, and maintaining iOS applications. You will work closely with a skilled development team, contributing to high-quality applications while learning industry best practices. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of iOS applications.
- Support in debugging and resolving issues in the application code, including performance and usability concerns.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate on developing new features and functionality.
- Work with the development team to ensure applications meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in iOS application development.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with iOS application development using the Swift programming language.
- Basic knowledge of iOS development frameworks and tools, including Xcode, CocoaPods, and Git.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Exposure to third-party libraries and APIs is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in the application code.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and a creative, strategic approach to addressing challenges.
