As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to ensure our new hires are smoothly integrated and set up for success. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they’re prepared and informed
- Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork to guide new hires through their onboarding tasks
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for both agents and clients
- Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment
- Assist with client onboarding tasks when needed
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding
- 3–5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
- Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (required)
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively
- Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum)
- Proficiency with Gmail and Slack
