Social Media Content Creator

Job Responsibilities: •Content Ideation & Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand, and innovative ideas for Instagram posts, TikTok shorts, Reels, and Stories that resonate with our target audience. •Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to incorporate the latest techniques into content strategies. •Community Engagement: Work with the team to monitor comments, messages, and user-generated content, ensuring timely interaction and building a loyal community. •Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute a dynamic social media content calendar. •Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance using platform analytics, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and reach. Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, ideally within a brand or agency setting. •Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, including their best practices and algorithms. •Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life. •Strong storytelling ability with a passion for visual content. •Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to report on KPIs (engagement rates, reach, follower growth, etc.). •Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills: •Experience in influencer marketing and working with brand partnerships. •Photography and videography skills. Timings: •Monday to Friday 12:30 to 9:30 PM (April-October)1:30 to 10:30 PM (November-March)• Saturday(Alternate off)10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Package: 5-7.5 LPA
