Job Description Planning and implementation of all aspects of internal and external events of TrustBridge Global. This includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Plan, schedule, and manage webinar events
  2. Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
  3. Monitor post-webinar performance metrics and feedback
  • Conference Planning and Execution
  1. Organize conference logistics, including setting up booths and managing sponsorships
  2. Create and track budgets for travel, swag items, and other conference-related costs
  3. Coordinate on-site activities and represent the organization during events
  4. Oversee implementation and use of conference app technologies for engagement and attendee management
  • Event Management
  1. Maintain and update the annual event calendar
  2. Plan and coordinate activities for Exkursion 2026 in Switzerland (or equivalent), including budget management, vendor coordination, and event promotion
  3. Manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication for all event-related projects
  • Internal Event Management
  1. Plan and execute internal events in partnership with Human Resources and Admin, including meetings, team-building activities, and celebrations in collaboration with internal teams to align event objectives with organizational goals
  • Marketing and Communication
  1. Plan and execute email campaigns to promote events and ensure clear communication with stakeholders
  2. Develop and manage event collateral, including digital and print materials
  • High-End Client Hosting
  1. Manage the experience for high-profile business clients during events, ensuring professional and personalized interactions
  2. Coordinate VIP schedules, accommodations, and special requests to provide exceptional service
  • Project Management
  1. Lead stakeholders in completing key marketing initiatives within specified timeframes
  2. Provide end-to-end management of key marketing initiatives including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  1. Liaise with sponsors, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
  2. Provide regular updates to leadership on event progress and outcomes
  • Travel and On-Site Support
  1. Travel to event locations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia as needed to oversee event execution and resolve any on-site challenges
  • The workday would run from 5 PM – 2 AM (Philippine Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours
  • Remote/'Work from home' majority of the time, but space to work in the office is provided if preferred by employees.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, as well as set up and maintain work files
  • Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours
Responsibilities: Events Management
  1. Responsibility: Oversee and execute external and internal TrustBridge Global events—both in-person and virtual—aligning with the overarching Marketing plan, brand guidelines, and strategic pillars of TrustBridge Global.
  2. Expected Outcome: Events that not only run smoothly and professionally, but also deepen stakeholder engagement, promote a positive and consistent TrustBridge Global brand experience, foster strong relationships, and ultimately drive sustainable growth in market share.
Projects and Initiatives Management
  1. Responsibility: Manage and coordinate key marketing projects and initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Expected Outcome: Seamless, on-time project delivery that meets or exceeds quality standards, ensuring that all stakeholders feel informed, involved, and satisfied with the process and results.
  3. Responsibility: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple events, projects, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
  4. Expected Outcome: Efficient workflows, minimized errors or delays, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines, resulting in enhanced overall productivity and credibility.
Travel Readiness
  1. Responsibility: Be willing and able to travel domestically or internationally as required by event or project needs.
  2. Expected Outcome: Successful on-site event management and relationship-building, regardless of location, ensuring global consistency in event quality and brand experience.
Measurement and Reporting
  1. Responsibility: Track, analyze, and report on event-specific KPIs and ROI.
  2. Expected Outcome: Data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making, highlight successes, identify improvement areas, and support the continuous optimization of event strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  1. Responsibility: Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to design, implement, and improve event and project experiences.
  2. Expected Outcome: Productive, mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance event and project value, foster co-creation, and lead to consistently high-quality, impactful outcomes.
Qualifications (Education, Training & Experience):
  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or related fields preferred
  2. Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an Events or Project Manager, or a similar role
  3. International certifications in Project Management and/or Event Management
  4. Experience in a multinational corporation or international nonprofit preferred
  5. Experience in managing international corporate events preferred
  6. Knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, B2B, and B2C marketing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Personal Characteristics:
  1. Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and project management
  2. Experience in managing email campaigns and leveraging conference app technologies
  3. Proven ability to host and manage high-end business clients professionally
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and budgeting skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  6. Strong interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  8. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required
  9. Creative problem solver and troubleshooter
  10. Must have a proactive attitude with the ability to organize, multitask and plan ahead
