Job Description for AD Experience in the following technical specialists: Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Microsoft TCP/IP, DNS, Provide L2/L3 technical assistance and support, and resolve problems related to AD/Exchange/O365. Ability to operate across both business and technology communities Should have good communication skills & Experience of managing team Responsible for raising and coordinating problem management issues Experience in Microsoft stack including Windows 7 and 10, EMS Suite, Azure, O365, E1 and E3 licensing for Enterprise Agreement
