Project Architect (Revit Expert) | Permanent WFH

Join Our Team! We're hiring an Architect with extensive expertise in Residential Custom to lead innovative projects and drive our vision forward! We’re seeking an Architect with deep expertise in residential custom. This role requires a keen eye for technical detail and extensive experience in creating precise, comprehensive design sets. The ideal candidate is skilled at working autonomously and delivering exceptional quality in residential projects. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
2. Registered Architect
3. At least 5 years of working experience as an Architect
4. Experience handling projects from SD to CD's
5. Ability to communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors; CD specialist preferred
6. Experience with Revit software for Residential Custom
7. Ability to work autonomously
8. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
