We're seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives, driving performance to meet key targets and goals. Your Role:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved.
• Recruit and onboard new talent as needed.
• Build a culture of teamwork and performance excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth.
• Provide hands-on support and adapt to evolving client needs.

• 4+ years' experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• 1+ years' experience in a leadership, coaching, or training role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like French, Italian, or Spanish are a bonus).
