Junior Sales Manager We are hiring a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Manama. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by managing a team of sales representatives and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities:

1. Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
6. Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
5. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. In addition, you will have the opportunity for career growth within our company.
