Position Objectives: The PR & Communication Lead will be responsible for promoting awareness of advancement and the success of transformation initiatives and projects executed by the General Department of Project Execution within the Ministry. Job Description & Responsibilities This role will focus on identifying, highlighting, and showcasing flagship projects that demonstrate innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in the Ministry's service delivery.

Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote the Ministry's initiatives and transformation effort.
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the Ministry's overall communication strategy.
Promotion & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate internal and external communication regarding the success and impact of the Ministry's projects and initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders and beneficiaries are informed and engaged.
Work with media and communication teams to craft compelling messages that align with the vision of the Ministry and the country's national priority.
Flagship Projects & Impact
Identify and promote flagship projects that showcase the Ministry's commitment to innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Highlight the transformational impact of the Ministry's initiatives, especially those related to digital transformation, modernized infrastructure, and enhanced educational outcomes.
Alignment with Vision 2030
Demonstrate alignment of projects and initiatives with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the Ministry's strategic objective.
Leverage media, digital platforms, and traditional communication channels to amplify the reach of project-related information.
Collaborate with the media and communications teams to develop and distribute content (presentations, articles, press releases, videos, social media) that highlights the success of the Ministry's projects.
Assess and demonstrate the impact of transformation projects and their contribution to educational outcomes, infrastructure, and transformation efforts.
Track the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and adjust strategies to improve awareness and engagement levels.
Focus on the future impact of ongoing initiatives, ensuring that communications emphasize the long-term benefits of transformation and digitalization.
Executive Reporting & Future Planning
Collaborate with project teams to understand future outcomes of initiatives and projects and integrate them into outreach strategies.
Articulate how the Ministry's transformation projects contribute to the Kingdom's Vision for the education sector, infrastructure development, and digital advances.
Create and review executive reports and adopt necessary management recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, communications, or public relations, ideally in a government or large organization setting.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
High proficiency in media and communication tools (social media, websites, press releases, etc.).
In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 programs and their impact on education.
