Job Responsibilities:

Working closely with branches across the Kingdom to ensure achievement of the Airside Plans and accelerate growth (secured/revenue/margin).
Collaborating across multiple functions including Sales, Application, Engineering, and Product teams to align with company goals.
Developing product strategies and enhancing product specifications.
Reviewing market requirements in terms of specifications/regulations and collaborating with factories to develop suitable products.
Conducting competition mapping to understand market trends, regulations, and dynamics, ensuring the right products and certifications are provided.
Conducting training and webinars to educate sales/application teams on new products and technologies.
Developing skills of Sales/Application engineers and providing necessary training to improve effectiveness and drive success.
Ensuring product profitability by setting pricing strategies for each market segment.
Working closely with factories to assess market loading and needs.
Managing product development and transfer for local products.
Collaborating with key accounts and consultant sales teams to ensure appropriate product specifications are established early in projects.
Generating monthly analysis reports to provide insights into market trends, forecasts, and outlook.
Ensuring product differentiation and market adaptability, meeting market specifications and certification needs.
Leading critical product initiatives and launching new products in the KSA market.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

Over 15 years of relevant HVAC industry experience, with comprehensive knowledge of all HVAC systems and components.
Experience in international or multicultural environments.
Previous employment with major competitors, HVAC manufacturers, or MEP companies.
Knowledge of major players' products and pricing in the HVAC industry.
Strong technical and commercial aptitude.
Experience in vendor management and commercial/financial statements.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good knowledge of supplier or third-party materials and services.
Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with business knowledge.
