We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations while assessing and quantifying the risk associated with lending activities. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will evaluate credit data and financial statements to identify potential risks, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights that strengthen our risk management strategies. You will work closely with various departments, including underwriting and portfolio management, to develop risk assessment models that influence decision-making processes. Your expertise will help us maintain a balanced approach to risk while optimizing profitability. Responsibilities:

Analyze credit data and financial statements to evaluate risks associated with lending activities.
Develop and apply credit risk models to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate risk assessment findings to management and stakeholders.
Monitor existing credit portfolios to identify changes in credit risk and recommend necessary actions.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to enhance credit risk assessments and decision-making processes.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, particularly those related to the Saudi Central Bank, that may affect credit risk management.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to credit risk management ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Credit Risk Analyst or similar role in financial services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Familiarity with credit risk modeling, statistical analysis tools, and Saudi Central Bank regulatory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and risk management software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
