Job Title: Vice President, Client Services IIAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Asset Servicing - Client Experience team as a Vice President, Client Services II. This role is located in Dublin and will involve working in a hybrid environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.Analyze complex data and apply problem-solving skills to drive business results.Prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders.Apply a strong controls focus and escalate issues as necessary.Lead and guide less experienced team members to achieve success.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Significant experience in client services, specifically within ETFs and Asset Servicing, paired with operational expertise.Collaborative approach to problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a global team environment.Able to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and maintain attention to detail.Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Business-focused individual with a results-driven mentality and strategic thinking.About Us:BNY Mellon is a leading global financial services company that empowers employees to grow and succeed.
