Amazon & Myntra Sales Executive Position Overview As the Amazon & Myntra Sales Executive at Hyppy, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales performance on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Myntra. This role requires a strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance Hyppy's presence and drive revenue growth on these platforms. Key Responsibilities Platform Management

  • Manage Hyppy’s seller accounts on Amazon and Myntra, ensuring compliance with all platform policies.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, titles, keywords, and images for improved visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Sales Optimization
  • Analyze sales trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
  • Track and improve conversion rates, average order values, and customer satisfaction scores.
Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns, including deals, discounts, and ad placements.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop platform-specific assets and strategies.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate and analyze sales and performance reports to track progress against targets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance on both platforms.
  • Maintain regular updates on platform algorithm changes and trends.
Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, and marketing) to ensure brand alignment across listings.
  • Liaise with platform account managers to leverage promotional opportunities and resolve account issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing sales on e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Myntra preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Myntra Seller Panel.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
