We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing, influencer marketing, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing social media campaigns, driving engagement through influencer partnerships, and supporting creative content production. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media trends, brand building, and digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Develop strategies that combine organic content, paid ads, and email marketing to ensure maximum brand exposure and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the brand and its products.
- Manage influencer relationships, including negotiating contracts, setting deliverables, and ensuring timely content creation.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign effectiveness, providing reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Content Creation & Design:
- Support the creative team in producing engaging visuals and content for social media platforms.
- Utilize basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create/edit images, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with social media communities to build relationships with followers, answer queries, and encourage positive brand interactions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content engagement.
- Prepare regular reports with key insights and actionable recommendations for future strategies.
- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation and editing.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
