Job Summary: As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall SEO strategy to improve the online visibility and organic search performance of our company's digital assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and web development to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive sustainable growth in organic traffic and search engine rankings. Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Implement strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization. Analyze keyword trends and search volumes to inform content creation and optimization efforts.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website performance and crawlability.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user intent. Optimize existing content for relevant keywords and search queries.
- Conduct technical audits of websites to identify and address issues impacting crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Implement technical optimizations to improve website performance and search engine rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms. Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Continuously assess and refine SEO strategies to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and user behavior.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, design, and development to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of digital marketing initiatives. Communicate SEO recommendations and updates effectively across the organization.
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in SEO field, with a track record of driving measurable results in organic search performance.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are desirable.
