Job Title: Senior Data and Analytics Analyst About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Senior Data & Analytics Analyst to transform raw data into valuable insights that empower decision-making and drive business success. The role involves leveraging data analytics techniques and business intelligence (BI) technologies to create meaningful, high-quality information that meets stakeholders' needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Analyze collected requirements and design solutions using the organization's BI technology stack.
  • Extract data from various systems (e.g., SQL, SAP BW, Oracle) and transform it to improve quality and usability for stakeholders.
  • Adhere to best practices and design principles for BI tools and technology stacks.
  • Monitor system logs, tighten access processes, and redefine user roles for better data governance.
  • Collaborate with data owners and consumers to define high-quality data standards and revisit processes to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
  • Support stakeholders in maintaining data integrity, availability, and quality.
  • Perform data analysis to assess quality, relevance, and meaning.
  • Develop and refine data integration and modelling processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a related role.
Job-Specific Skills:
  1. Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis.
  2. Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python.
  3. Expertise in database design, data modelling, data mining techniques, and segmentation.
  4. Experience with data visualization software and tools.
  5. Ability to create and implement accurate algorithms to solve complex data problems.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to write reports, create queries, and deliver impactful presentations.
  8. Team collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Proven experience in data analysis and data governance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of BI tools and technologies.
  • Experience in enhancing data quality and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
