Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a company specializing in the Facility Management industry in Saudi Arabia. Job Context: The CEO plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and communicate the company's strategic direction, goals, and objectives.
  2. Identify growth opportunities, diversification strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with the Board to ensure alignment with the company's long-term vision.
  4. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including service delivery, quality control, and cost management.
  5. Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
  6. Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay competitive and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
  8. Ensure financial sustainability through revenue growth and cost management.
  9. Foster financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization.
  10. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  11. Anticipate client needs and tailor services to meet their evolving requirements.
  12. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  13. Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  14. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  15. Ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  16. Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  17. Represent the company at industry events and in the media.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 15+ Years of experience in Facility Management Industry, 5 of them in a senior executive leadership.
  3. Strong understanding of facility management services (hard and soft services), industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  5. Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve company goals.
  7. A track record of driving growth and delivering results.
