About the Role We’re now looking for a charismatic Receptionist to join Pirata Group. You will work alongside a Reception Supervisor and be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, complaints, and guest enquiries in a prompt, efficient, and polite manner. As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies quickly and gracefully, with full consideration of the floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
- Ensure all company standards are met during service
- Set up the reception desk before shifts
- Answer calls for booking and event enquiries
- 1+ years experience as a Receptionist os Host in a highly regarded restaurant
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
