Our offerings include full-stack development, with flagship products like a chatbot for digital assistants and an integrated video platform for e-learning, alongside tailored software and AI engineering services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software projects + teams, managing the entire project lifecycle.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee deliverables with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and collaborate on technical solutions.
- Manage integrations and oversee QA phases, including load and penetration tests.
- Support sales and marketing with technical inquiries and assist customer support with technical issues.
- Degree in (business) informatics, computer science or related field.
- Experience as a software or AI engineer with an interest in project management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Compensation for overtime: You have the choice of whether you want to compensate for your overtime either with time off or have it paid monetarily.
- 183 days workcations: Y ou can even treat yourself to the maximum 183 days of workation allowed by law and of course you are not limited to traveling within Germany - the whole world is open to you.
