We are looking for experienced Independent Speech Pathologist contractors   with knowledge of the NDIS landscape to work as part of our flexible workforce. This contractor role is designed to fit you your needs and lifestyle. What we offer:

Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting NDIS participants along with their families and/or carers to identify their needs through assessment and personcentred planning.
  • Evaluating developing and delivering evidencebased support plans within a complex support space
  • Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices in the home and community.
  • Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants goals passions and strengths as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications : What you will need: As a contractor you will need the following.
  • Current SPA membership
  • 2 Years NDIS Experience
  • Active ABN
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance.
  • Police clearance WWC and NDIS screener
