Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to oversee sourcing and purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The responsibilities of this role include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to company procurement SOP, policies, and procedures.
2. Manage daily operational purchasing, including planning and issuing purchase orders.
3. Collaborate with Finance for payments, credit notes, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
4. Coordinate extensively with the Product, Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance teams for seamless business operations.
5. Conduct negotiations with suppliers for pricing, samples, and terms to secure the best deals.
6. Source new suppliers and analyze pricing proposals for competitiveness.
7. Cultivate and maintain positive supplier relationships, fostering business partnerships.
8. Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and update price lists.
9. Document and track all ordered/received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
10. Update, control, and verify documentation for project/campaign compliance.
11. Assist in product costing, pricing, and maintaining internal Product Specifications.
12. Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
13. Develop and implement safety guidelines for supply chain processes.
14. Analyze Supply Chain operational performance data and find areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Goal-oriented and a team player.
2. Able to perform overtime to troubleshoot urgent/emergency matters.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
4. Speak and write fluently in English and Malay; ability in Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Minimum Diploma or equivalent certifications or at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
