- 9+ years of overall experience in relevant field
- Experience and strong working knowledge across key finance modules
- Good experience in AX 2012/2009 and D365
- Well versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment are critical
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
