Project Manager

Position: Project Manager Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: 4-5 Years Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects with a strong focus on business analysis, ensuring timely delivery within
• scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, use cases, and user
• stories.
• Develop detailed project plans and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical
• specifications.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and lead project meetings.

• 3-4 years of experience in project management with a focus on business analysis.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
