User Experience Designer

Job Description: UI/UX Designer (Contract Basis - 4 Months) Company: Bluespire Location: Hyderabad-Onsite Contract Duration: 4 Months Type: Contract Position Overview: Bluespire is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer on a contract basis to join our team for four months. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and usability. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and leave a mark through creative and functional design. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Optimize existing user interface designs for better performance and usability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design solutions.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and work across multiple devices and platforms.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a remote or hybrid setup.
