The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. They will also ensure HR policies and practices align with the organization's goals and values. Qualifications

• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
