Role Description We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business and Operations Manager to join our team! This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations, efficient logistics, and exceptional team management. Key Responsibilities • Staff Recruitment & Management: Identify, appoint, and train team members, including servers and operational staff. • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including the smooth functioning of carts. • Logistics Coordination: Plan and maintain an efficient supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of inventory and resources. • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate staff performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and operational goals. • Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges proactively to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
