Job Title: Restaurant Manager We are a well-established restaurant in Manama seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality of service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet financial targets.
3. Create schedules for staff, manage payroll, and handle employee relations.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Train new employees on policies, procedures, and menu items.
6. Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
3. Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
