****MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE and be proficient with all things Microsoft (O365/ InTune/ Server etc). HYBRID role 3 days in office/ client site and 2 days a week remote **** Microsoft products, setup Microsoft 365 User and support them, carry out on premise exchange migration to Microsoft 365, Microsoft TEAM’s, setup and migration of data, support of the application, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft VOICE etc. An MSP organisation are looking for an experienced Microsoft Support Engineer carrying out 2nd and 3rd line work across multiple organisations. The role involves the support of a wide range of IT systems, site visits to install equipment and fix issues, equipment builds, 365 migrations, server build configuration and support, switch, router and WAP installation, site survey, monitoring and application support, network infrastructure support, end-user advice and customer support calls – the all-round IT Engineer Microsoft products, setup Microsoft 365 User and support them, carry out on premise exchange migration to Microsoft 365, Microsoft TEAM’s, setup and migration of data, support of the application, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft VOICE etc.
