What You’ll Do : As an HR Executive focusing on Talent Acquisition , you’ll be at the heart of building Nextyn’s incredible team. From identifying top talent to helping them feel at home on day one, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our culture and driving growth. Your Key Responsibilities :
- Own the Recruitment Process :
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs.
- Find and connect with potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing methods.
- Handle the entire hiring cycle—from sourcing to closing the deal.
- Build Relationships :
- Create a strong talent pipeline by networking with industry professionals.
- Foster great candidate experiences that make people want to work here!
- Showcase Our Culture :
- Boost our employer brand on social media.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and other hiring events.
- Stay Data-Driven :
- Use metrics to track hiring performance (think: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Suggest process improvements based on data insights.
- Smooth Onboarding :
- Work with teams to ensure new hires have a great first impression.
- Set them up for success with a seamless onboarding experience.
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition (startup experience is a bonus!).
- Sharp communication skills (you know how to connect with people).
- Comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities.
- Passionate about building teams and shaping culture.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms like KEKA.
- Social media savvy—especially when it comes to LinkedIn hiring.
- Knowledge of hiring trends in the expert network or consulting industry.
