Application Engineer

We are a multi-national company involved in developing, manufacturing, and marketing intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Application Engineer . You will play an important role in:

1. Pre-Sales Support: Assist HOD with NPI, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and product evaluations.
2. Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients by troubleshooting and resolving customer-related issues, either remotely or on-site.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a technical liaison between the customer and the company.
4. Product Customization: Customize New Products to meet the specific needs of customers, based on their business processes.
5. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation.
6. Training and Presentations: Conduct training sessions or presentations for clients on the usage of products.
7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the teams for order status, production & quality issues, shipment, and others to achieve On-Time Delivery and fulfill customer demands.
8. Lead and work with procurement, engineering, and related teams for Product Improvement, Localization, and Cost Saving.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Overseas traveling will be required upon request.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
