Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Executive at Neyah Beauty in Dhanbad. The Executive will be responsible for managing new product development projects, conducting research, analyzing market trends, and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience
- Strong Communication and Project Management skills
- Product Development expertise
- Ability to innovate and bring new products to market
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetology, or related field
