Mavengigs assists US Private Equity (PE) companies in maximizing synergies from their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions by quickly assembling a team of US and India resources to deliver at scale and speed while expanding their capacity and reducing their blended cost. Mavengigs Capital leverages our network to bring deals or funds that match our client’s investment criteria. We are a startup with high growth potential. This requirement is for multiple full-time positions of Business Development Officers, with details listed below. We will consider people with minimal work experience, with basic understanding of business development, including marketing, sales, and operations. Our hiring criteria include great communication skills, high drive and energy, commitment, confidence and effectiveness . All work is to be done during US work hours (PST), which is India night shift. There will be some overlap with India work hours.

  • Base Salary : Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (Rs. 3 lakhs - Rs. 3.6 lakhs per annum)
  • Bonus : Based on performance
  • Reporting To: Director
Terms and Conditions :
  • Work Hours : US PST work hours (India night), Mon to Sat, with 24x7 operations.
  • Travel : This is a remote position working within India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimal work experience, freshers are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of business development, including marketing and sales.
  • Exceptional communication in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities: Business Development :
  • Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads on multiple channels including email, phone, text, and social media to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Set up and lead meetings to introduce our services, understand client requirements, negotiate and sign contracts, and increase client engagement.
  • Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
  • Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.
Operations :
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support a high-performance work culture.
  • Collaborate with executives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communications with internal and external teams.
  • Track and manage open tasks and opportunities to ensure effective progress.
